Sorry For the delay
I am so sorry for the lack of Blogging but I have been so busey I have now only a breif few minuets before starting my home work if any one accutually reads this I am greatfully, and sorry for the delay!

Today 19/11/11
Today I ran once more at Riddelsdown Park run managing to PB at 26 minuets and 50 secconds beating my previous time of 27 minuets and 28 secconds this mad me a very happy bunny !!!
